Question. Does it matter the order of bio 1 and 2 I use bio 1 before 2 but other than that I use the rotation

There is huge different for which one you use first actually. First off, Bio is instant cast, means you can cast it while moving. Bio II always an ideal to start the fight because you don't have to position yourself and it last very long (30s). The rotation Bio II - Miasma-Bio is set up in a way that you can easy keep track of your Dots uptime and so, they time they run out is similar, helping you from keep refreshing your Dots unnecessary.
