So, I go through the full opener rotation and am keeping all my dots up.

Do you change anything during fester down time? (stuck waiting on aether flow to come back up). Or just keep runing the rotation like you would if fester was up?

Also, thanks for sharing this rotation, I've had great fun toping charts with this. And kiting the occasional CM boss <.<
For the 30s with no fester it's basically conserving mana since you never Ruin II. It doesn't change other than that. Keep DoTs up, cast ruin in between.

I've hit my posting cap for the day so I can't post anymore, but here's a response to the BELOW post:

    Or for everything and anything?

Also, excuse my ignorance, but what is the reason and/or benefit or RS+Fester?
I would have "assumed" that before your initial rotation a Raging STrike would be a good idea. Why is it not?
Yes, but you might need to modify it depending on the fight and your groups DPS levels.

For instance on Titan, if you have high DPS you won't be able to get the contagion off before he jumps up, and then it'll be wasted RS timer.

For Garuda it worked fine for the first feather phase being able to bane the DoTs, although now it's even better because we just ignore feathers.

You can put RS in the initial rotation if you have no aggro problems. Generally, popping RS at the start makes me pull aggro[especially in pugs, although I'll pull aggro unless they have at least a Garuda weapon anyways..](although I admit having Quelling Strikes would probably solve this issue).

Always time RS with Contagion + at least 2 charges of Aetherflow.

Well, using Bio second means you can use Fester off the GCD instead of on the GCD. You never want to use an off-GCD skill on the GCD, if you can help it. It's just lost time.

If you use Bio first you'll need to shift around the Bio/Bio II during RS so you don't clip as much, if you're following my general rotation.
