Today's been the first day since "release" (and even the last week of head-start), that I didnt see or receive 1 single RMT spam in the form of a /shout or /tell.

Was the most peaceful/fun/aggravating (due to a dungeon boss!) day of play ive had in a long time. And for once i didnt feel the urge to find a way to contact 'anonymous' and pay them $$ to find the address of one of those RMT-asshats via-IP, so that I could drive to their house, whack them over the head with a shovel, then bury them upside down in the nearest fire-ant mound.

Keep up the good work on banning those RMT AssHats, and the idiots that go to their websites!

On Famfrit there was no change in the amount of spam, and teleporting bots are still gathering away... I'd thank SE if what they did actually worked, but the way they ban in batches makes absolutely no sense—all it does is give the bots more time to spam or farm. The same exact thing happened in FFXI (although there was significantly less advertisements), and SE handled it the same way they're handling it now. The result? Nothing changed for years, and MMOs like WoW which take RMT seriously took the foreground.

What SE really needs to do is push changes like right-click blacklisting and spam timers to emergency patches, instead of loading them into major patches that are weeks away from when issues arise. They also need to hire in-game support staff whose duties include monitoring chat and resolving abuse report tickets immediately.
