    I agree with the precedent comments, and I add one advice:
    I've been running quite a lot AK recently, and the only issue in that dungeon for whms is aggro during bosses.
    For every single health point you heal, you get 1 aggro "point". The tank gets aggro only by attacking a mob, the new adds are not hating him, but the whm gets aggro from all the mobs by healing anyone, so a new add will aggro whm if he heals, but won't aggro the tank if the tank doesn't hurt him.
    When the bees spawn, don't spam Medica-Medica II, just go on healing with Cure, using Cure II as few times as possible, just when you can Freecure.
    Don't overheal (don't heal when HP is full) and don't use Regen. Regen is the most useless whm skill, I've never used it, not even with Garuda HM.
    When an adds spawns, try not to heal until the tank gets to hit him a few times, unless he is under 50% HP.

    You're doing it wrong. Regen ticks for 150 potency every three seconds for 21 seconds. That's 1050 potency over the spell's duration. Cure1 is 400 potency.
    Regen doesn't do as much burst healing as Cure1 or Cure2, obviously. But it heals for way more.

    I didn't say "it's the most weak", I said "useless".
    This is because you'll never need Regen, if the situation is bad you use Medica II.
    Regen takes too much aggro, you lose far more than what you gain.
    I never use Regen, never used against primals HM, nor in dungeons.
    It's simply useless.
    If you use Regen against primals you'll raise the probability of being hit by Ifrit's Eruption, by Garuda's little whirlwind or being closed in the rock by Titan.

Try to use abilities such as Medica and Cure until the Gnats have been picked up by the tank, and then you can begin using HoTs.

    you realize that medica 2 pulls agro also right? Eruption should be interrupted, whirlwind is random? and so is rock on titan? Maybe im wrong but saying regen is useless is very foolish.

    just wow @ guy sayin regen is usless...

    anyways, if ur tank isn't la suck..

    just keep regens on people, ensuna if needed, time the heals...left, mid, left, mid then med 2 and repeat, when adds come up instant cast holy for stun, tank picks up bees, ur DD LBs 1 and instantly kills it, 1 bug left, keep the wall focused so u don't get blown offT...

    shoot a few times I had really good groups, wall was 1/4 hp before bees popped, we ignored them and just killed the wall lol

    This is exactly what NOT to do. Regen is the most useful spell whm has WHEN USED PROPERLY! i.e. regen on tank before pull or adds spawning is going to result in a bad time and prolly what this guy did so he completely avoids using it.

    If you time regen properly it is the best spell whm has. Do not use Medica 2 unless its absolutely needed when shroud of saints is ready.

    I only have trouble healing at the bees if I have a regen on someone or screw up and use Medica II right before the 2nd push.

    Right before the bees, at the pushback I Medica to top everyone off then reposition after the push. My pally tank sister uses whatever that is that prevents her from being pushed back and then flashes the bees and maintains hate as the DD uses LB on one of the bees and they burn it down and switch to the next. I then just do the purple line dance and medica II and DOT the wall.

    If we have a good enough damage setup we ignore the bees completely and burn down the wall.

    Another idea to consider:

    Put regen on all 4 players right before the bees spawn: then rotate between medica 2, holy, medica: the stun actually makes it easier to heal and you don't have to worry about moving out of a red circle.

    (and you're doing a little dps to the wall to help out/kill bees aswell)

    I tried it already, but stun is like sleep: the first time it lasts several seconds, the second time something like 10 seconds, then it lasts like 2 or 3 so it's useless, and when mobs recover you are really really really really dead XD
    And you'd also have to do Medica II - Cleric Stance - Holy - Cleric Stance and so on, wasting lots of time.
    And, Holy takes something like 500-600 MPs and Medica II 400-500, a full DL + Relic whm has something like 5000 MP maybe (I have 4000-4500, don't remember)
    It's not possible.
