    Best healing methods on PS3?

How do you switched to healing the party frames on the upper left, and whats a good solution to multitask. Heal and attack.

I have put the party list on the bottom right corner because I don't want to look everywhere
I use mainly 2 bars: one has only heals and skill useful for healing, my second bar has both dots/ruin + major healing skills
depending on situation I either target monster and target the tank from time to time to heal for trash mobs and for bosses or harder mobs I stay on my healing bar and have the main tank as primary target then go up and down to heal people
Whenever I join a group I also go in the party menu and reorganize the team order: usually put the 2 tanks below me and the healer in the last spot next to my fairy so I can heal tank/fairy/healer in 2 up/down push and the dps in 3

The easiest thing to do I feel is target the enemy for attacking purposes and use the d pad up and down to select party members to heal. Or select the tank, d pad for healing others and d pad right or left to change to enemies when you want to attack, but leaving focus on the tank. I understand there is a <tt> target of target macro but I have yet to use it since I don't main a whm Mage. Having macros for attacking spells while focusing on tank should auto attack the enemy.
