After I click "start", I just got a black screen with a circle down right the screen.
My system is windows 7 64 bits.
The driver is up to date.
But FF XIV is fine in another PC.
Can somebody tell me why?
Some software I no install?

Did you just install it? Maybe it's not able to play the opening movie.
I had an issue with cinematics being displayed only at half screen that got fixed with a windows update. You can try doing the same if you didn't yet.

Thank you first!
Yes, I just installed FFxiv yesterday.
And I thought the program stopped because the opening.
But I have no idea why!
There is something that may work.
- Open notepad and open this file: C:\Users\{name}\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\FFXIV.cfg
- Look for "CutsceneMovieOpening 0" and change it to "CutsceneMovieOpening 1". (the space is a tab in the file so try changing only the value since the tab might be important)
- Save the file and try playing again.
If it works, try clicking "opening movie" and see if it plays. If it doesn't you won't be able to see the cinematic cutscenes later in the game so I suggest you to find a solution before then![]()

OK, I got the option "opening movie".
And can play the game.
But I still can't play the cinematic, that's wired!
Does that means I can't play all cinematic in the game?
I will try later.
It could depend on the video driver or windows. Try updating both.
