They bolster their numbers with people caught in the cross fire for their stats and not address the main issue on how they are cheating in the first place. :|
The STF actually allow these to continue to see who they offload their mats/Gil to. Then see who those mules transfer the gil to and who buys it from the intermediary characters. A single character is easy to replace. This hits the entire infrastructure including the buyer and is a much smarter way of going about it.
Too bad that same software caused unintended bans to those gardening with mules, and people who lagged so badly made the server think they were pos hacking.
and of course the botters. These 4 botters have been in the same spot for 4 days now, unmoving but spamming blizzard II in perfect unison. Occasionally other characters get switched out (standing there doing nothing). Either they're paying for PL service, or the botters are leveling up other bots. Reported three days ago, and still there. lolz.
I met my first Dungeon Tank bot a few minutes ago. AFK during fights, claim lag, never dodge anything, always watching CS, claims his first time, which all of us doubted.
Talk about him in my FC, a FCmate says he doing that since morning.
The person is sitting behind the screen probably with multiple screens. He will only come back when questions where asked.
Come to think of it... Is it even consider botting?
