A Few Questions (Urgent)

So I sent a support ticket to Enix over a week ago asking the same question and haven't had a reply, I'm running out of time with this being my last free day.

So if I buy subscription after my free trial is up, will I not get fantasia potion, do I have to buy it right now? If I buy subscription will it automatically take money off my card, even if I don't want it too? What will happen if I wait a few days before subscribing, will my character be deleted?

Hey!

If they don't answer your ticket just call them.

Once your free trial is up your account will be deactivated for FFXIV. This is nothing bad. You can reactivate it anytime by choosing a subscription plan. Your characters will not be deleted.
You will get the Fantasia potion once the payment is made. Check "Veteran Rewards" in the Mog Station for more information

Your account enters into a suspended status if you do not have the crysta or funds to pay for the subscription. I believe seeing somewhere an aclaration from a mod. that stated you'll get the bonuses if you sub, lets say, a week or two after your free trial has ended. It may not be available in the future (1-2 months from now) since it is an incentive to get people to subscribe.

If you set your account to auto-renew with credit card, then it will charge you automatically every X period of time you set (30,60,90,180 days). And once it charges you it will give you the rewards according to what time you have chosen (paid) to subscribe.

If you want to avoid auto-charging, I'd suggest using the other payment methods, such as PayPal.

The fantasia potion is a reward for having purchased 30 days of usbscription. Since this is the minimum amount you can buy at one time, any subscription purchase will earn you a fantasia potion.

Regardless of when you subscribe, you will not be charged until your free trial period ends.

If your subscription lapses for any reason, this doesn't affect your ability to get veteran rewards- it's based on total days purchased.
