    3102 still around . . . .

    I logged out properly last night around 10:30pm est came home around 4:00pm today tried to login and it said I'm still logged in. several hours later same problem submitted a ticket but what are the chances I'll be all sorted out today?

    There could be several issues.

    1. You may be affected by the hacked na server.
    2. Did you have a one-time password software/hardware? SE's servers were not created and tested with security in mind. AKA, there is no security. Due to that major bug, you have to use either the one-time password hareware/software to try to cover that. Even with the util, user accounts have been hacked.
    3. You could submit a ticket since 1st tier support cannot read English. Your best bet is to go directly above them. They may or may not read English, but I do not know yet.

    Change your password, attach the SE software token, disable your account for a couple of hours then reenable it and see if you can login. Might be that you got hacked.
