Big update November yes, but that isnt an expansion, thats a Patch. They did however, mention that the expansion is mapped out (via TGS live letter translations, if I remember right.) I would expect them to raise cap between 5/2014-8/2014 imo.
As someone who levels slowly, I'm just hoping to get 50 in time for the Lightning Fate and 2.1... but who knows.
