Editing hotbar shows incorrect button (Both PS3 and PC)

Xetyline mentioned to me that information was missing from my last bug report. I hope with the additional information below that this is no longer the case. As this bug has been on the PS3, a desktop, and a laptop, I'm failing to find out what needed information is missing since I was not told exactly what was missing. Being knowledgeable in programming this process should not be so arduous for such a minor, common, and easy to reproduce bug.

Minor: Small misinformation bug, which only presents itself should the player configure their own controls.
Common: There are other threads created by other players for the same issue. Bug exists in both PS3 and PC versions of the game.
Easy to reproduce: Player needs to only reassign one button in controller mode to see the effect.

6.Start to either edit or add to your Hotbar.

7.Notice Y button is shown for editing Hotbar instead of the Back button as configured in Step 5.

Thanks to Lvegera for letting me know I needed to add screenshots.
