Impossible de finir la quête Opération Dzemael (immortels)

I finished the dungeon of Dzemael et I wanted to report to Switf, sand colonel... but it's impossible.

I can give him the quest but i get no reward nor experience... and it doesnt unlock the next quest or the possibility to go up in the Immortals grades. I tried to disconnect/reconnect but that doesnt change anything.
