has anyone heard of this quest called best way is safest way my friend did it and now she can teleport all over the world without using gill it uses mp she said it popped up after exploring all the world

I think your friend is full of it. I've traveled all over the world, and done every sidequest that's popped up. Unless it has a requirement of "Beat Turn 5" or "Collect all relics" I'm gonna say it doesn't exist.

Quest is not listed on any the info sites. I'd say it's bogus.

Nope I have not, but I am currently looking into it.

With ALL of the world, do you mean all of the world or just the overworld? Do you also have to explore all of all instances? And where does it pop up? would be good with as much info as possible

dungeons too i guess wherever u can 100% the map ill get bk yo u on where quest pops up

Sorry, don't believe you. Assuming you're honest, she's scamming you. She does something else that uses MP just as she teleports and then tells you, "Look, my teleport used my MPs!" She's laughing her head off at you.
