Well all the 2 star craftables are better than DL.

It's a matter of how worth some side stats are to you.

Like for the belt, you'd gain spell speed, accuracy, and have a little bit more crit. Is that worth a 700k-1000k price tag to you, or 12 runs of CM/prae?
