Idea for duties

I know you're not going to read this, or care, because you're SE. But can you PLEASE make it so that you can kick members from duty? I realize this is probably because you don't want people crying b/c they were kicked from getting items, but i have a solution: make it so that all 3 other members have to "Vote" to kick. Member can propose a kick, other two members agree (or other 6, in the event of a full party), member in question gets booted.

On more than a few occasions, I've run into a player that decides that they're not happy with the way things are going in a dungeon, and they just up and leave, and AFK, and the dungeon can't progress without them, and we can't replace them. Usually this is straight up out of spite, and at this point in time literally NOTHING can be done about it, rather than just leave and reque, which is REALLY annoying when they do it right before the final boss of a dungeon.

I know you're not going to use the search function before posting the 50th thread on this subject because you're a typical user. But can you PLEASE take the time to at least look at the front page of the forum before posting? I realize this is probably because you're lazy or are new to the whole "forums" concept, but I have a solution: use the "search bar" at the top of the forum before posting.

SE has already addressed this and has stated that they will be implimenting a kick feature.
