Why did my account get suspended?

I'm currently on my wife's account typing this because I'm not allowed to use my own account since it has been suspended.

Why was my account suspended? I logged off last night and could not log in all day today because of error 3102. I waited a few hours and now my account has been suspended. I don't buy money, or pay for any cheat services. I'm so fed up with this. I have 20k gil on my account and a lvl 30 archer that I made myself over the course of 3 weeks.

I did not receive any emails of why my account has been suspended.

Maybe you got hacked that's why you couldn't login.
Check if your mog station has an additional char even if they could have abused your main.

For now, if you are still able to, I would change the password (email's too), attach a software token and contact SE. Tell them you couldn't login and that then you got suspended and that if it was for RMT activity then you were probably hacked. Just to be sure scan your PC with an antivirus/malware before changing password.

These hackers are hacking so many people to spam their shitty service and people still support them

There have been many posts today about mass bans for RMT related issues. However the word around the street is that SE messed up and banned a bunch of legit players. If that is you I sympathize.

You have been hacked. You need to contact CS and get it straightened out. It will take a minimum of 2 weeks to get your account back, with all of the hacked accounts lately I would bet it will be much longer.

I tried to log in last saturday and it told me my account was not registered. I went to my FC forums and there was a post telling me my account had been hacked and I was spamming RMT stuff in Gridinia. Being it was the weekend I had to wait until Monday to call CS and they are now investigating it. They will not give an ETA on getting your account back.
