Ffxi: Retaliation: allows player to counter attacks while still taking damage. Additional effect: decreases movement speed. Duration 3mins recast 3mins.
I'd love to see it!
Edit: I think a lot of ppl getting bored cuz they all playing lollipld, I rather play a game with a challenge then be carried through it on a bandwagon.

1. for starter, i feel that some abilities cost way too much wraths. spending 5 stacks on unchained instead of inner beast is really not worth it- adjust cost of wrath
2. we need to do a lil more damage. there is smth counter intuitive that a 2h axe does similar damage to a 1h sword whem executing weapon skills, especially our healings scale with damage
3. crossing counter from pugilist seems like a great idea!
My changes:
1. Remove Storm's Eye. Give the 10% cutting resistance reduction to Butcher's Block.
2. Add enmity to Maim and Storm's Path. That would make Storm's Path your primary rotation while using Butcher's Block rotation to keep up the cutting resistance debuff.
3. Add enmity to Steel Cyclone. Add a 5 seconds CD to it. Steel Cyclone no longer drops all Wrath. Steel Cyclone now generates 2 wrath on use. Steel Cyclone no longer requires the WAR to be infuriated.
4. Add a trait that gives Foresight magical defense increase by 20%.
5. Take Inner Beast off of the GCD. Add a 5 second CD to it so it can't be spammed for damage.
6. Give WAR access to Rampart.
7. Remove the Critical hit rate increase from Wrath. Add in 2% damage reduction per point of Wrath.
I cannot believe people are still discussing such evidence as warrior's inferiority to pld.
Anyway...
DEV team said Warrior is impressive and fine
In the coming patch note, we won't have our line
Therefore people of Eorzea, men , women
You might as well reroll, and be some fishermen
