    Internal Release and Hawk's Eye - Broken Stat Buffs

    Executing Internal Release does not apply an additional 20% Critical Hit Rate. My critical hit rate before cast is 453 and after cast is 453.

    Executing Hawk's Eye does apply 15% bonus to Dexterity but does not apply 20% accuracy bonus.

    I also noticed that the 10% Critical Chance buff from Straight Shot is not shown in the character sheet.
