I appreciate the thread bump but do not wish any deviation from any none SquareEnix representative to my question which will appear at the end of this post.

After having an in game issue with Final Fantasy XIV ARR I felt it prudent to raise an in game ticket to glean some semblance of support with a specific issue I was having.

It was some days later awash with excitement and joy that I realised my in game ticket had been answered. So, trembling with relief, safe in the knowledge that I was about to receive the support I had so patiently waited for I find a automated message.

Slightly disheartened I rushed off in the direction of the Technical Support forum as directed by the in game automated response, where, upon arrival, I was sure I would finally be able to receive some support with my purchase.

Alas, days passed, nights grew cold and winter approached. My thread sat lonely like some leper on the streets of London ignored by all castes that wandered past.

So my question is thus :-

Am I right to assume Final Fantasy XIV ARR has no official support?
