    Data integraty 1.0 - 2.0 re-entered as i have been locked out of my own post!!

    Hello,

    I have tried many times over the last few months to get assistance regarding this issue and i am now at my wits end!

    i have logged numerous email and in game bug reports, and i have had no response, i just called SE support number and was told to log here also. please help!

    i am missing my primal gear from 1.0, i still see others with there and have done since BETA, and there for question why i do not have mine.

    what am i missing:

    Ifrit whm wand,
    Ifrit BLM wand,
    Ifrit sword.

    Moogle Axe,
    Moogle Nuckles.

    Note: i have checked with the calamity salvage and all storage areas, including inn and with my merchants, my items are missing!!

    these items have been missing since 2.0 began and i would relay like them back as they took time and effort to get.

    Please assist me!

    There are two reasons why your thread was locked:

    Either
    1) Your stuff is in a location you haven't bothered to check yet (Calamity Salvager, THe armoire in your inn room, or on a retainer)

    -or-

    2) if you're certain you have checked those things, then this is an account issue and you need to contact SE support over this. Calm down, and post a polite, detailed ticket and they will be able to work with you.

    "logging a complaint" won't solve your issue or get them to not lock a thread that isn't where it belongs. You need to be polite and civil and they will be happy to help you through the appropriate channels.

    i agree, and this is why i logged an account ticket before coming here over 2 months ago, was fobbed off and then asked to do so in game, only for no one to answer for said 2 month and then finally post here.

    i am soo stressed regarding this matter and concerned regarding the level of support i am receiving, allot of running around and passing the buck, i wish some one could take ownership and give some continuity of care regarding this matter T_T.

    i don't know, may be every thing is still "new" and there still finding there ground... i just wish i didn't have to suffer because of it!

    then again, may be its because im reporting this on ps3, may be the system does not work on ps3, should i log in to pc and try it there T_T i just dont know anymore >_>

    If it takes more than a couple days to get a response, I would file another ticket.

    If you look under the correct support categories, you may be able to jump directly to chat/phone support.

    It can't hurt you to check on the PC, but if you're certain you've checked every page of both of your retainers, the calamity salvager, the armoire under weapons, every page of your inventory, and the appropriate sections of your armory chest, then I'm not sure it will matter.

    are you 100% beyond a doubt sure that you didn't discard, convert, or otherwise do anything to those items before the final save in 1.0?

    your awesome for sticking with me regarding this matter, SE can learn allot form you mate! i wish they where as quick with responses..

    100%!!

    there would be a record if they query the data base from the time that the 1.0 servers went down.

    i never have and never will discard valuable gear such as that, i had it the last run me and the ls at the time (gondawan, lonewolf) did a Grand company run, 1 month before the servers where going down. (there should also be a record of me obtaining the items)

    ill try another ticket, heck ill give it another month, after that i may be re-considering my membership, as if it can happen to this gear, it can happen to all!

    heck if it can happen to me, it can happen to every one!

    Meaning that nothing we do is safe and can be lost and no one will help get it back.

    being a legacy member from 1.0 beta days, this is very disappointing. T_T

    In my experience they have sometimes lost tickets, especially in the huge sea of them the first weeks of launch. If it's been as long as you say, I'd try submitting a new one.

    Anything you haven't lost already is safe. Don't worry, you're not the only person who had issues with their character transition to ARR. Hope they get back to you soon.

    If it's any conoslation, it shouldn't take you much effort to reaquire the ifrit weapons, it's much easier than it used to be. THough until the next patch, the moogle weapons are irreplacable.

If you did submit one as you say I can try to contact the proper people to check on the status of it for you. If you did not submit one, you will need to submit one in order to have the Support team do a Character Data Transfer for you. Please let me know as soon as possible what the ticket number is so we can resolve this for you. Thank you.

    Thank you for kindly getting back to me regarding this matter.

    i really do hope i can finally get some help and resolution!

    i can absolutely provide you with ticket numbers, below you will find the ones from last month, i have more if you wish, but i thought it best to give you the most recent.

    Ticket numbers: 2692891 (this is the one i got a reply to asking me to contact some one in game, however this does not work as no one gets back to me), 2692924, 2700748, 2732039, 2742527. and these are just the ones i have to hand to re-submit after long periods of no response.

    One or two of these are regarding access, but they also mention my missing items, please look at the all if you would be so kind, as you will see how many times and how long i have waited with out notification or help, this can be days / weeks with out reply.

    please confirm, if they do an character transfer for me, will i not lose all existing progress?

    I ask as this is almost as if i am being punished for being patient after i initially reported my problem if so.

    rather then do a world transfer, can my missing items not be confirmed from the old data and then simply added using the moogle mail system, which you have done with the bonus items from the special edition and legacy items which i have received?

    the system is in place and there for it should be usable, please can i have my items back using this method as i do not wish to lose current progress?
