    Description:

When in these areas or entering these areas after at least 2 hours or more of playtime, all textures automatically turn to the lowest quality unless extremely up close. Player characters, monster characters begin stuttering (several seconds of no movement, then sped up/fast forward motions to catch up. The more movement, the larger the frequency), interactions become slower with NPCs. To address this issue, I have to exit the game and go back in. In some situations, the client may crash but I am unable to reliably reproduce.

When this issue happens and you do not exit the game, but are at the "start" screen and allow the Opening Movie to play, the quality is lowered and there are many digital artifacts throughout the movie play through. If I enter the game after seeing this without exiting the game, client crashes are more frequent. Issue is addressed with restarting the client.
