Best of luck to you with this. I personally have been waiting two weeks for a loot related issue as well. GMs have basically just led me in circles, asked for information I had already given, or attempted to contact me in the middle of the night while I was asleep and basically told me sorry, try again later. What's worse is they've flat out said they'll help me and that a GM will contact me, except it's been two weeks and I've seen nothing come of it.

Mind you, every response I've received from them has been spaced at least four days apart. I've tried e-mail support, but they were no help. I tried chat support, but they said they were unable to assist me - same deal with phone support.

It's beyond frustrating as a paying customer to have such neglectful customer service.
