    Loot issue and GM unresponsiveness

    We were running in the Coil of Bahamut last night, and in turn 2 there was a loot issue. I had told the rest of the party to pass on my Heavy Cuisses for my pld, the pants fell to the ground and said unable to obtain item.

    I do not own the item, I have more than half of my armoury chest pants section free, and had over 10 inventory spaces free.

    I reported this in game, but as I have reported more than 3 issues in game and have received 0 responses to the /support command window I'm getting frustrated and feeling ignored.

    Best of luck to you with this. I personally have been waiting two weeks for a loot related issue as well. GMs have basically just led me in circles, asked for information I had already given, or attempted to contact me in the middle of the night while I was asleep and basically told me sorry, try again later. What's worse is they've flat out said they'll help me and that a GM will contact me, except it's been two weeks and I've seen nothing come of it.

    Mind you, every response I've received from them has been spaced at least four days apart. I've tried e-mail support, but they were no help. I tried chat support, but they said they were unable to assist me - same deal with phone support.

    It's beyond frustrating as a paying customer to have such neglectful customer service.

    I hate to *bump* this, but I still haven't received any dev or GM response via forums or in game and am getting frustrated with the lack of responsiveness to these issues.

    Keep making tickets... the system keeps deleting tickets and no help is given other than fast responses when a ticket makes it through the system.

    Eventually they may answer however calling phone support is the best method for real action. Have your ticket number ready

    Good luck getting support. Its almost non existent in this game. Makes me wonder why we are all paying subscription fees to a game that has no features one would expect of a subscription based game.. Features like.... a..... support maybe.
