Typo in Transfer agreement listing.

Currently in the NA version of the agreement listing it is said that your character will be ineligible for transfer if:

・Your character has yet to accept the quest Close to Home.

This is in error. I have confirmed that you have to complete the quest Close to Home in order for you to become eligible for server Transfer. Please correct this listing to prevent confusion.
