Funds from market sale not credited to my account and current gil keeps decreasing

Since the beginning of this week I have been selling stuff and my account wasn't being credited. I didn't notice until today however when I made a 26,000 gil sale and my gil balance didn't increase. And to make matters worse I also noticed that my current gil balance was decreasing and I didn't make any transactions. Today is the last day of my free trial and I am thinking about not subscribing until this issue is rectified. I really love playing this game and I would hate to stop playing because I am not getting rewarded after spending hours farming mats to sell on market. Your input as to what could be causing this issue and how to rectify it and how to reclaim gil that I did not receive(retainer has transaction history). Thank you.
