Remember to also fix your Vid card drivers. Make sure your computer gets a proper restart after uninstalling the AMD drivers, then another proper restart after reinstalling the Nvidia ones. I hope the UPS band-aids your issue. But if your system is only using 481w, on a 600w psu it might be that the psu itself is getting ready to die. Also.. lower quality psu's almost never put out their advertised wattage.
