    Hacked account. No information given when suspended

    My friend, Choc Semnal had an unwanted access on his account and apparently was suspended with no notification and no way to petition it. He prompty changed his password and added a security token, so how can he go about fixing this? He can't even log in to post on his own so he has absolutely no help. Add that with the fact he cannot get a hold of customer support due to him having work during those hours and it's pretty much GG. Is there ANYTHING that can be done.

    He JUST subscribed for 90 days as well as a long time player of the original XIV and FFXI.

    Scroll to the bottom and click "Additional Assistance" and choose your options from there.

    If he can't get in there at all during normal work hours I don't know what else to suggest.

    If he does get through expect a wait time of over two weeks after they've begun investigation. I got compromised on the 11th and am still waiting for resolution.

    In other words welcome to Square Enix support hell, how long may we hold your soul and cackle maniacally as you fret and sweat over when you will get your account back. On a serious note though, the support for hacked accounts are cringe worthy at best and the best that will happen is they will open an investigation and from there all you can do is wait for them to take their very leisurely time on investigating it. My GF was also hacked so she knows, and I know through what it's like, so good luck and all the best to your friend on getting it back, just don't expect it to be any time soon sad as that is to say.

    It's just a shame when my FC's primary healer and officer is suspended and SE doesn't even let people know what happened.
