PS3 game client NOT updating

I read that the game client was supposed to update upon login. This has not happened again. A fur asking several ps3 users, they too did not have the update. Most ps3 users are still running the sept 10 update. So I am curious if there is a way to manually "check for updates" or is the game not being updates for ps3?

I think this "update" was just for the servers but i really dont know to be honest.

There needs to be a place where we can see the most current available client. I noticed the client hasn't updated too even though SE said it should after an update is done.

When you first start the game it does tell you what version of the launcher you have. It says like 2013.09.01.0000001. Or something to that effect. I am assuming that is the patch information. But there should be a button to manually check to see if there is an update or something. I know that nothing major has changed such as new dungeons or anything but I would still like to have the most current build even if I am on ps3

You won't be able to play without the latest client, kinda like the PSN store. So you don't have to worry.

I know it shows what we have installed. I meant online somewhere where we can see the client the PC people are using.

I know that there have been at least two "updates" since the launcher version I am currently using, and that previous updates have caused the launcher to load a new version before continuing to the login prompt. Like the OP, my current launcher version is from 9/10, and my current game version is from 9/11. Unless they did not change their version numbers with the updates following those dates, I don't think that the PS3 client has updated in any way in almost a month. It's not so much of an issue now, but when an update actually includes something really important, essential even, this is going to become irksome pretty quickly.

I submitted a bug report in-game about it. I was never really expecting a response, but I'm hoping that if there is some underlying issue that can be corrected quickly that a little visibility will get fix patched into the next update (that hopefully works).
