So I'm the type of person that likes to redo my characters regularly. I change looks and race with a whimsy. I'm curious when the potion of fantasia will be available for sale. Is it going to be an optional service or an in game thing? Because I really want to redo my character again and am unable to. Come on SE I will give you monies for potion. d(^-^d)

You're happy with your character? Awesome. Some dudes aren't and let's be honest, if you wanna change after wasting 400 hours on a character, you really don't wanna create a new one just cause. That's when Characters-Editors come in your aid.

Face palm... News flash. It's a race change potion. It's optional. Don't want to spend $, don't buy one. It affects no one else's game play other than the individual who uses it and it's purely cosmetic.

I can't imagine it will be in game option. Pretty much every other MMO that offers services like this requires real world currency. I hope they offer it on the Mog Station and I see no down-side for them. I'll wait for the slippery slope fallacy zealots to pipe in...

So far the news is were only getting the one with the veteran bonuses. If your legacy I think you could have had it twice. Name change isn't a part of the potion either.

One of the reasons I like(d) SE is that they don't have microtransactions aside from the subscription fee.
While I understand your reasons for creating a new look, I hope they find another way to implement this.. like a full make-over in the barber shop instead of a few hair changes.

Barber shop will let you change SOME stuff of your character.

But you can totally make over it paying irl money, i don't see the problem, it's not impacting your game at all, so i don't see any problem with it :v
There might be much much worse trust me.

Like the secred world barbershop. THAT is a joke. Or Vindictus. Or whatever really, just take a random f2p.

I want to change to a moon miqoute though. A barber shop for hairstyles and the like but potion for race changes. I remember at one point I heard barber shops where coming. But I don't know when.

Reading back, I totally understand why you guys think this way haha

It's none of my business what you guys buy ofc, it's just that I'm concerned that once they start a ''cash shop'', it goes downhill.
Like it starts with only cosmetic things -> mount with speed buff only in the shop -> gear.

People are greedy after all, it happened to many games I've played in the past
