    Too technical for e-mail support

    Hey so I've done the support ticket 3 times now ending with the 3rd one being an open ended e-mail i'm supposed to reply to if they didn't fix the problem which they didn't and i've replied twice now with no response back. My problem is not hard! I purchased the ps3 standard edition and linked my 1.0 standard edition to it. I then on then on 9/25/13 i purchased the windows collector's edition digital download from your store. I attatched the windows version to my already active account and did not receive my 4 collector's edition items and that's all I want! I want my collector's edition items or my $20 back so I can purchase the collector's stand alone upgrade. Please help me.

    The forums are not going to provide you any assistance. There's simply moderators who are tech savvy and forward issues to game developers if they're legit. Your issue is with your account.

    Did you go into your account maintenance and hit 'redeem code" and punch in the code?

    You cannot attach a windows CE to 1.0 account but only the digital upgrade unless it was a PS3 version.

    I had 1.0 - bought the ps3 version and it linked to the 1.0 then i purchased the windows CE 2.0 - they have to refund me or fix it. you cant take someones money and not give them what they payed for. Yeah i didn't think i'd get any help from the forums but it's the only thing left.

    Each SE account can have multiple FFXIV service accounts underneath it, but you can only have 1 of each game type (Windows or PS3) per service account. So your first/primary account will have Windows (from 1.0) and PS3 (2.0), but when you added the new Windows 2.0 CE full version it would have most likely added it as a second service account/subscription (because you can't have 2 version of the Windows game on the same service account or 2 versions of the PS3 game either for that matter). You can check this by logging into the MogStation:

    You should see some tabs like 1 and 2 which are the different accounts. Unfortunately all you can do is try and get a refund for the CE full purchase and then do the digital upgrade to CE on the primary account (or keep it if you actually want a second service account, but I'm guessing not)

    i would put in a code if they had given me a code, i wasn't given a code for the items just the account.

    worldofneil when i entered in the code it gave me it activated the windows version and let me download the client. I do not have multiple accounts on the MogStation just 1 with both WIN and PS3 listed

    Unfortunately you might have to try ringing them to get this resolved, although I don't know how bad it is to get through at the moment. A few weeks ago you had to pretty much ring as soon as they opened or you wouldn't get through before close of business. Hopefully things are a bit better since then (although their email support suggests it's still overloaded).

    There's also a Live Chat option as well somewhere (I don't know a link sorry), but from forum responses/chat logs people have posted, they don't seem overly helpful/able to solve issues, but if you can find a link to get onto it, it's worth a try probably.

    are you kidding me?

    I just sat on their chat support page for an hour waiting to talk to someone. I finally get to #1 then it closed my request when it was my turn and said there was no agent to speak with me? Hey ADMIN you have some questions you need to respond with, this is absolute crap.
