Hey so I've done the support ticket 3 times now ending with the 3rd one being an open ended e-mail i'm supposed to reply to if they didn't fix the problem which they didn't and i've replied twice now with no response back. My problem is not hard! I purchased the ps3 standard edition and linked my 1.0 standard edition to it. I then on then on 9/25/13 i purchased the windows collector's edition digital download from your store. I attatched the windows version to my already active account and did not receive my 4 collector's edition items and that's all I want! I want my collector's edition items or my $20 back so I can purchase the collector's stand alone upgrade. Please help me.
