Second Relic Weapon

I'm currently leveling my second class to 50. I've already done my Relic Reborn Quest on my Summoner, and have heard that we can obtain the relic weapon on every class/job. Upon reaching level 50, will the relic reborn quest just... re-appear in vesper bay if I have my newly level 50 class/job equipped?

I assume so. I was actually wondering if it would be possible to get 'relic ready' with multiple classes at the same time, do the fights, and get credit for all at the same time with a single fight (I.e. 1 titan HM and finish drg, whm, and smn relic at the same time).

You can't, since you need to get credit by which class you are ON for quest.
Yes you can get 2nd quest for relic, I assume it'd just same way you did with 1st relic one. Sorry didnt got second 50 level yet, but I'd assume so.

Only one relic quest can be activated at a time, but yes you can get all of them. And no it won't be in Vesper Bay, it's from the same blacksmith that gave you the first relic.

You can only do the quest for one weapon at a time. Once you finish one, if you meet the requirements you can immediatly start another

You can only have the quest "A Relic Reborn" flagged once, so you have to do each individually, so unfortunately you can't just mass produce all the relics you want :x

You skip the Vesper Bay step of the Relic quest-line and go straight to the blacksmith to get started on Relic number 2/3/4/etc.

No. While you can ultimately do all the relic quests, you can only do one relic quest at a time.

Hoping they allow us to at least fight stuff on any class and still get credit in the future, can be a pain when you have 3-4 people all wanting to go as healer because they need the credit as healer.

It's a bit silly to have an awesome system like the armoury and then restrict you from using it when you most need it.
