Being invite into cleared dungeon cuz the game still think there 1 boss alive.

jep and people use it as a cheat when they have to clear the dungeon , they need to finish AK , register at DF , then leave when theyre not at the end untill they get into the dungeon when the boss is already defeated ,, tada !! quest finished.
I had a lot whm , tanks etc enter and leave again in minutes , it's getting annoying when people leave when u are halfway the dungeon.
I had 5 people joining and leaving within one run

I'm not sure you explained properly this exploit/cheat. How exactly join and leave works, if you get 15 minutes penalty when the group is complete? The amount of time wasted wouldn't repay the effort, accordingly to your explanation. Please explain to the dev team the proper chain execution so they can fix it.

I think I know what he's talking about.

Basically people when they finish ampadoor keep, and wait around for a while after a while sometimes the duty finder will bring up the option for duty finder to replace party members that have already left. Its kinda unfair because you CAN complete quests this way like the GC quest and that isn't right.

excactly , + people leaving the dungeon.. next person get that popup to refill party members , i usely click fast without looking what i click realy , if i click refill , someone gets invited at random and pops up at the exit.
They should disable that popup after the last boss is dead.
