Client unable to detect cheating/not supported addons

I can confirm the client is absolutely not able to detect any additional cheating program. I was the observer, to be able to report this issue, with help of friends, innocent not aware testers:
the client doesn't detect teleport hack programs, external parsers, multiple Tell spammers (used to spam gil RMT websites). (i will not link websites providing this software) as reported thousand times from everyone (expecially teleport hack)

Also new external parses (claimed as local parsers like FFXIV-APP) distrupt the gameplay of other players, creating heavy unplayable lag to others except the parser user.
This new software not detected confirms it.

Every single mmo out in the market is perfectly able to detect external programs, banning the abusers. This is by far the only mmo where everyone do any kind of crime.

EDIT (considering western community seems more oriented to +1 and waste time then leave a security thread on bug section clean for staff's investigations, any additional post i wrote will be deleted so the thread can be cleaned)

The software was claimed to be a local parser. I personally didn't use it, i have no reason to use it , being a healer.
The software wasn't a cheating software at all, it was claimed as new and safe, local logs.

The side effect of this software (intended or not) disrupt the gameplay of the team, slowering the dungeon's istanced queue.

The lag experienced may be random, and related to game's issues external to this software, may require additional investigation and tests by the security team.

The client need to be able to check any use of software not approved by SE, it may ease the security team to waste time testing if lag increase or not with this particular parser (or any cheating software like teleporters) , just adding a security check on our client
