    Chat support problem

    I'm creating this post because I have a simple issue: I can't connect to chat support. I have tried thursday, friday and today, a total of 5 times with ~8 hours of waiting in total, just to get "there are no available agents right now. Please try again later" again and again.

    My account was stolen by gold spammers last week and lost all my money and fire and water shards. I successfully recovered it by changing password and they for some reason logged out. So I contacted email support, and they told me "we are sorry [...] but we can't help you, contact chat support or call us" (I live in Argentina so calling is not really an option), yet I cant contact chat support at all. : (

    Unfortunately I've been having this problem too, email support says they cant help, phone support says they are not taking calls due to high volume, live chat support cant help either...
