Purchasing Thavnairian Mist gave a Cleric's Circlet (AF2)

Character name: Excel Eienni
NPC name: Auriana (Allagan Tome NPC)
Monster name: None
Class/Level: BLM/50
Party or solo: Partied, solo activity.
In-game time: Unknown
Area and coordinates: Mor Dhona, Allagan Tomestone merchants.
Steps:
1. Opened vendor to Tomestone of Mythology merchant purchase window. (DoM)
2. Swapped to Other tab.
3. Double clicked Thavnairian Mist to purchase, hit accept.
4. Was returned a Cleric's Circlet.
5. Double clicked Thavnairian Mist once more for follow up purchase (had not noticed Circlet was purchased).
6. Was returned Thavnairian Mist.

Then noticed when trying to purchase the third Mist that I had been given a Circlet in place of the first Mist. (As I could no longer afford to buy the Thavnairian Mist).

Another player I was talking with at the time looked at the list for Armor after this happened, and apparently at the time the Cleric's Circlet was not showing on his list.

Side Note: I have had this issue "resolved" in game (at the expense of me losing 195 Tomestones of Mythology, and a week of my time - IE GM took 495 cost Hat and replaced it with only 1x 300 cost T-Mist --- not happy that a fix to an uncontrollable bug was resolved in the manner of a user error) through a GM support ticket, and am leaving this bug report up. This is because this is a bug report, not a call for my personal issue to be resolved.

i could be server 1st +1 relic weapon monk
due to that bug my dream gona break , my 3 weeks hard farming now seems to be a joke
thats the reply from GM in game about that bug

after reading this, i am feeling so bad, i have been already very sad due to the bug, and now they tell me i am going to lost 195 myth tomestones for the cost of a bug which is not my fault.
to behonest i cant really accpect this kind of result, i am so unhappy about the way you guys treat customers and the way you deal with your fault.
i need nothing but a fair result.

Granted it was the DoW instead of DoM version but same thing. Sadly it's not been fixed but has been recognized.

Are you not able to request 2 Mist?
