I need server transfer now!

I would transfer servers but the fact is the games economy is so irreversibly screwed up because SE thought it was a bright idea to make it so you can level 1-50 in 15 hours on a combat class and 1-50 on a craft job in 1 day. (3 hours if you have a friend synthing for you). When you strip away levels 1-49 and all gear crafted, all that's left is philo/myth farming and coil. They might as well call this Philo Fantasy: A Relic Reborn. The person that came up with the idea to make leveling faster then character creation is an idiot. Nerf XP gains across the board, open up world transfers for legacy players to move to non legacy worlds (or add more legacy worlds to dillute the population) and pull your head out of your general rear end region SE. Come on...

Furthermore, it will be possible to move from a new World to a new World, a Legacy World to a Legacy World, and a new World to a Legacy World. I beg you to reconsider! My legacy character was garbage at launch of ARR, he was wearing awful dated gear, was only lvl 25 archer, and had very little in the way of gil. I've spent hours playing since release, and while he's still not great, I don't want to abandon him to go play with my friends on another server. I also don't want to lose my legacy mark and legacy mount.

Please, I've spent quite a bit of money on your games and subscription fees for FFXI and FFXIV, and I feel like the fans and players don't get heard. I thought FFXIV was going to be different, all my friends told me Yoshi P is different, he listens to players. Please listen to the players.
I promise I'm not going to jack up anyone's economy. D: (I couldn't if I tried. I've got the gil I earned through quests and that's it, all of my DoL/DoH are under lvl 15.)

If you're adamantly going to stand by this decision to punish your loyal customers, could you please at least tell us when we'll be able to transfer off of legacy servers??

It took me a LOT of time to do the new ARR story quests, running around on chocobos (cuz I am poor) and getting through the forever lasting cut scenes... Please dont make me start over....

Why are ppl paying so much attention to what others have done and accomplished. I'm a legacy player and I don't care if no one plays with me. They made this game so that if I want I can go solo all the way through. Duty Finder is a plus. If I switched servers I'd do it by creating another character. I mean they allow 40 characters to be created yet most ppl are stuck on their one character. It's sad. Legacy players from 1.0 pride themselves on the fact they have level 50 characters but won't create another character. If you are so good at this game do it again. lmao. I'm focusing on my crafting classes so that if I create another character I can create gear sets for it. To me there should be a bunch of low level legacy players with HQ gear but I've seen absolutely none.

Once you are a legacy player don't that continue for all the characters you create. I don't think it's revoked when you create a new character.

I've done alot on my one character, so much that I feel pretty invested in them. There's months of work, progress and connecting with the one character. I also don't like playing more than one character, it's a time sink on top of the time sink I already have with that one character. Abandoning that one character in favor of another makes all the time I spent on them feel wasted. I guess I have that old tabletop sentimentality (yes, been enjoying RPGs for a long time in alot of different venues), but I can't just abandon a character just because it's suddenly inconvenient. I have a personal lore, a story, in my head around that one character and I'd like to take that with me when I join up with my friends on another server.

who knew people were so hellbent over a low level 1.0 toon and keep complaining WHILE leveling them up when you could just make a NEW CHARACTER and CHANGE SERVERS. but hey no one wants to do the story right? that you can completely skip and just grind till 50 and just do story when your capped out for end game content. but nope thats impossible for you mates right? keep complaining because you cant transfer out of legacy server. THEY DIDNT FORCE YOU to make a character onto a legacy server or keep using ur 1.0 toon even if they are/arent capped out.

Yes i know about the high congestion in the 2 weeks of launch not allowing you to make a toon on a specific server you wanted. Literally taking hours just to make a toon or logging in but hey you've been there for over a month now and you are STILL playing there. You never stopped playing there but just sat there and complained and HOPED that they did something about it.

Yes, they can fix these things but they take time. It's not like theyre in their offices doing absolutely nothing. Im not saying just because were PAYING customers that we deserve a more fair gameplay than a free 2 play mmo but just because you want something doesnt mean they're going to DROP EVERYTHING and just do what you want them to. I'm more than positive that they have schedules to keep and projects to do
Not even counting that you have to wait maybe abit LONGER. It's like saying do you want an unfinished product or do you want a finished product that you would proud of and know people will be satisfied because from all these complaints i am reading it's saying. GIMME IT NOW IDC IF ITS FINISHED. -- You are a paying customer and they are doing their best to give you the best game and gameplay possible.
