    I was wondering a bit about this because even if it's only 4 AM in the US, it's actually 9PM in Japan. That means that the launch window of Oct. 15 has almost passed over there. Unless they have opened the service for Japanese servers only atm.

    This is an optional paid service that allows characters from active service accounts for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn to be transferred to a World of your chooosing.
    To make use of the World transfer service, please proceed to the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.
    * Due to fluctuations in World populations, certain Worlds may not be available for transfer.
    They don't have it shown as restricted right now until a certain time so you would think it should be up and running. I think I'm just missing something obvious
