Am I the only one that is completely sick of their lies. Stop leading us on just be honest. Don't tell us mid September and later say early October just to lie again. From your responses back from e-mails on other subjects I can only assume you don't care about us as the one I received clearly showed that your staff did not read the question. Then at the end of it it says if it didn't answer your question please contact us again. Why even bother when it sends you back to the same place and you know they didn't read it the first time. At least be honest here say next September if that's the truth because if you keep lying to use I will quit.

Good lord the delays are pathetic, the stench of FFXI's later years is starting to fester. Maybe Yoshi needs to start sending someone else on press junkets and the tradeshow circuit until silly nonsense like this gets handled properly. After all, many people are fussing over this due to the lingering effects of the launch failure leaving friends separated from each other on other servers and having been told that they would be able to move in the middle of September.....Really makes you wonder about this dev team if they cant even sort this out....

Phew, after Duke Nukem Forever came out, I was at a loss to the next thing I could make fun of for myriad years for never coming out.

Thankfully Final Fantasy XIV server transfers look poised and ready to take up that mantle.

Very soon now Square will be able to announce the date on which they'll announce the date of the server transfer. Look forward to it.

Their handling of transfers is really quite pathetic. Most modern games have transfers rdy on or immediately near launch.

I have played XI from launch. Came to XIV upon launch with my linkshell. It was a hard time..with many leaving going back to XI because this one was such a flop. A large group of us stayed as it got much better. Fast forward to now. I have friends that want to come back and new players that i have gotten to play in total about 15 of us....now spread across 4 different servers making it impossible for us to play together.

There was discussion last night on team speak about some of them quitting because we cant play together and it just isint fun anymore and the main reason why alot come back was just for that...to play together.

I normally don't post on these forums, regardless of my status of literally being here from day 1 and KNOWING what goes into the MMO and what to expect from Squeenix previously. But i felt compelled to because this has to be the single worst thing right now being detrimental to this MMO, its so hard, and disheartening not to be able to play with linkshell family and friends from past FFs or even this one, and there be no way to fix it. Last month would have been an OK time to do it. Now its just getting annoying and disheartening.

I wont even bring up the friends on non legacy serves that we cant go to their server. I mean im not even sure i understand it...when i played XI there was already JP players much higher than i was and it caused no issues and look how long that game lasted and how much monies that game made!

I miss my friends, and i want to be able to play with my other friends who just started and to play without uprooting a bunch of players and begging them to join my server as well. But all i can say is this guys. I have seen this before from this company, despite the love of the game your voices are not going to make a difference and you just have to play the waiting game, and hope it all goes well. So sit tight. This is Business as usual here guys. For over a decade!

The game is on track to be fun again. But here is to hoping server transfers are sooner rather than later. For the sake of subscription, fun, and bringing back the bonds to strengthen the community again.
