Do relic weapons have hidden stats? (triple damage)

Those classes who has better allagan weapon shouldnt invest much in relic+1 but for blms allagan sucks because ots 1hand and shield so for blm it is better to get relic+1 first

That's what i'm doing as a SMN, my Allagan is waaaaaaay better than my Relic+1.
