I dont understand what you're trying to say. I'm saying that you will be helping randoms in those duties that would normally have a hard time finding people to join since they are so far behind. Never said anything about making pre-mades.

I infered that you meant you could go queue up with your friend and help them and possible get MVP. By the limited information we have that would fall under a partial pre-made theoretically ineligible.

Quid pro quo... queue up for Normal Ifrit and get 4 people who all have full darklight and relics+1. Who you gonna vote for? Now all the 50s that clog up the AK server gonna be clogging up the lowbie instance servers =P

I cant say I really care about the mvp feature, I try to be nice, friendly and helpfull because I AM nice, friendly and helpfull... most of the time. Im not for sale.
But I do agree with Sotek, some roles are far more likely to be awared then others, regardless of their additudes.

The only people that complain about MVP are the people who are jerks. Because jerks generally want everything, and they won't be able to be a jerk anymore if they want the stuff from MVP awards. It's as simple as that.

I agree though that it's sad that we need this kind of incentive to get people to act civilly.

Hardly. I'd just much rather enjoy doing mid-level content with my LS/FC instead, because we tend to piss around and have fun by default, sorry if me wanting to enjoy myself with my friends makes me a jerk.

I absolutely loath going into the Derpy Finder solo. That's not to say I don't occasionally, I just really hate it... People being overly friendly to the point of being obnoxious, in order to try and obtain MVP really isn't going to improve my opinion of it, either.

So... what's your issue? You don't use DF, so there's really no reason to complain about MVP. You want the stuff? Then use the DF.
