Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
*Please try to include the following details.

Initiated the Battlecraft Levequest, "Necrologos: Olidious Separation." I was to retrieve five (5) "Parchments" lying on the ground while eliminating any "venomous Flytrap" enemies along the way. While battling a Venomous Flytrap in the screenshot I attached, all actions ceased. That is to say, my Topaz Carbuncle stopped attacking the enemy, and the enemy stopped attacking my Carbuncle--they were both in a regular stance, yet were still locked onto each other in battle. I was also unable to attack said enemy; any battle action I chose from the hotbar would immediately fail and my grimoire would spark, indicating the failed action. It was then that I thought my internet connection to the client was failing, because that usually causes massive lag, followed by a disconnection from the server. However, when I moved to the nearest enemy to attack, or continue the quest and retrieve the parchments from the ground, it would work successfully. It was then that I realized I had TWO carbuncles on the battlefield; One was endlessly engaged in battle with the Poisonous Flytrap, and the other was by my side. Once I clicked on the Hotbar action, "Summon II," the carbuncle at my side disappeared, but the one engaged with the enemy still remained. Once I clicked "Summon II" again, I was unable to summon at all; I would continually receive the message, "Topaz Carbuncle withdraws from the battlefield" whenever I tried.

Once I retrieved the final Parchment lying on the ground, it summoned a "Figgy Pudding" enemy, which was invisible, not target-able and would not attack me. I thought I was finally stuck in the quest, unable to finish it. However, after a couple minutes, it said the duty was completed successfully. This leads me to suggest that the frozen-in-time carbuncle was actually lowering the engaged enemy's health without there being any visual or audible indication of it on my end. However, I was not losing any health myself, so I do not understand what happened during this quest.

When the quest ended successfully, I was still unable to summon a new Carbuncle. I returned to the location of where the bug happened, and the original Carbuncle was still engaged with the Poisonous Flytrap.

Edit: Once I teleported out of the area, my Topaz Carbuncle was at my side again, without the need to re-summon it. At this time, I don't know if the enemy is still engaged with the same carbuncle or not in the previous area.
