1. We are all in different time zones but mainly EST folks do the content late.
2. Right now we are getting caught up on levels. Some of us run end game content. But even if we were further in the game content, we would never exclude anyone from participating. Also make an effort to helping others get caught up.
3. Any class is welcome. Tanks would be great, but level FSH if you want.
4. We are not on voice, but are considering it for the future.

In XI, I was always behind in content and this LS never made me feel bad about my gimpness. We have the same attitude here in XIV.
