    new strange error and 90000

so i was finally able to play for the first time today, it happened after i joined a jp server (ther na and eu ones apparently couldnt be accessed for some reason). so i created a new character for this server and i was able to play fine (and i still am), however i still wanted to use one of the characters i had already made yet havent been able to use yet due to these 90000 errors. so i basically copied the appearance info and tried to play again. this time it didnt work, i got he 90000 message again. it still works fine for the first character but not the second and im very confused by this...

Wait, you used the same appearance on both servers, but you can't play the JP one or the one on a NA server?

The 90000 error has more than one cause, but so far it's either:
    1) Bad router/UPnP settings
    2) Bad Network driver/card
    3) TOE/LSO settings in network driver
    4) Your ISP is throttling you
    5) some path along the way between you and SE is throttling/dropping packets.

Well, I haven't had a problem with the error 90000 until this afternoon. and I couldn't stay on this evening. Then when I try to log back in, I get the 2002 error or the Can't find NA/EU server list.

Now, you might ask, how is it I know the servers where up, that would be because my wife was playing on her account of the same server and did not have any problems.

yeah people seem to have been having the same sort of problem where its only effecting certain computers at somewhat random times even if they are using the same internet source. because of this i dont think its a client side issue personally, i doubt this is something SE would easily overlook either. it might have something to do with a variety of ISPs. to be honest, the game league of legends has been having an almost identical issue it seems for a large amount of people, so if its an overall network issue, it might explain why this has not been solved yet

i originally made the appearance on a na one, i was never able to log in due to the 90000 error, not even the beginning animation would start. so i created character on a jp one and it worked. then after this i used the same appearance file from the character i created in the na one and it failed with the same error as before, even though the other character works fine. im still having problems with all na and eu servers. even still all characters on this jp sever seem to work fine unless i use a character appearance made earlier perhaps from na servers which seems very strange to me.

for your causes its most likely not 1-4
if its 5 then its not an error from my end, all other online games work fine without lag or packet loss.
i should also note that the severs that are working form me experience no lag and i haven't been disconnected at any point from them
