Yeah, normally I would give it time, but I have work, so the amount of time I can give is kinda small on the weekday nights. Oh well. I ended up going to bed early because I didn't feel like continuously rebooting my computer just to see if I could get in once.

Yeah, this didn't work for me. Maybe my computer reboots too fast and is ready in less than 10 minutes. D:

I highly doubt it is my ISP. My husband was already in the game and playing. He got in about an hour ahead of me and was still in the game crafting while I just couldn't load the NA/EU list. I could see the JP list just fine though. :\

Probably just bad luck with the login/lobby server. D:
