Quest History not updating in Journal

The "History" section of the quest status in the "Journal" remained empty throughout the entire progress of the quest.

Steps: Start by talking with Linette in Ul'dah at the Miner's Guild. Then speak to Z'ssapa outside of Nanawa Mines, then speak to Nenekko in an instance, and mine at different locations in Thanalan. Quest is completed with Linette.

After each progress in the quest, I would get the notice that my Journal has been updated. When I checked my journal after each update, I noticed that the top was updated, but the "History" section remained empty.

Upon the completion of the quest, the History section in the journal was properly updated.
