    Omg 3 hours later and I can finally play happily... thank you guys!!! for future reference i did what both you guys said but i also just did and entire "restore default settings"
    It restarted my ps3 and reset everything and now it seems to work, just a good thing i was able to remember what email my ps3 account was on and the password to it lol

    I wonder if this will also fix the black screen issue i had on my other tv... but i think ill save that for another day lol

    Yeah so like I said I tried this same fix with my other tv to try to fix my black screen problem but it didnt work ... All I wanna do is play on a tv thats TWICE THE SIZE. This is such a stupid problem.

    I also tried just logging in to get past the web browser page. I know its a problem with the game loading the web browser so I memorized the buttons to log in and click play. I did that and I heard it log in and then I waited and heard the theme music start playing again which I can only assume is me sitting on the start screen. But the screen is still black. I made it past the web browser but my screen was still black. I dont really get it at all.

    Anyway, if anyone can help me with this black screen issue please do
