Absolutely. A lot of my current Warrior theory crafting for endgame assumed the 20% bonus applied to abilities, and poor translation (which is truly my own fault for not changing the game to Japanese and checking), is causing a lot of mistakes in my math.

Thank you SO much @O_Villania. This game (and se) needs more players like you. My understanding of Japanese is mostly vocal at this point (I really need to get around to reading) and the mis-translation/complete omission of parts of the storyline during the voice acted CS in an attempt to localize the game is infuriating. - It's almost as if they gave the same translation team simply the closed captions of the voice acted scenes and gave THAT translation to the voice actors, rather then doing the audio parts separately.
