Haven't unlocked the Jobs yet (hopefully get to that soon--all my jobs are around 20-24 atm), but this was something I was curious about myself with the separate Jobs listing on that panel.

Are the primary classes actions still there under the Actions Menu, and then the Job has it's specific ones listed under the Jobs Menu? Meaning all (or a subset) of the THM actions are still there, plus you get the additional BLM actions under Jobs, but you have to pick them from separate headings for setting up shortcuts?

As for the missing BLM specific actions, have you completed the quests to learn them? For example, for Freeze, the wiki says you have to complete the quest "You'll Never Go Back" (35), for Apoc. you need to do "International Relations" (40), and then "The Voidgate Breathes Gloomy" (45) for Manawall. Looks like these are your BLM specific Job quests?

The THM actions would be under Actions, BLM specific actions would be under Job.

And as Raist said, keep working on the job quests and you'll unlock the rest of your BMG skills.
