In my experience, its better to do the single turn ins, (hqing of course) and level far faster. And you wont have to spend many resources as 3 pairs of pants. or shards for that matter.

That's the difference, material efficiency or leve efficiency. Leves are often in shorter supply than materials though.
Indeed. But its far from power leveling. If you could somehow afford hq mats or get them yourself its quite easier to power using singles, but i digress :3.
If you really want to power level a craft, odds are you won't be doing the crafting yourself. I already see people wanting to pay higher level crafters to make HQ items for the sole purpose of leve turn ins to level a craft fast.
I haven't been impressed with the 3 turn ins. They give about the same exp as a single. You're doing 3 times the work.
The only real benefit I see is that you get 3 leves for the price of 1.
A 3/3 turn in is about 66% of a 1/1 turn in as a flat rate. when you do them at HQ and full turn in it's a stacked difference that's hand over fist.
12K for 1/1 or 36K for HQ
8K for 3/3 or 24K X 3 is 72K for a leve point.
The only thing that's really time stamped in the game are the LeveQuest points so if you are time stamping your points daily at 3 a day, that's 108K a day or 216K a day.
